Transparent & Flexible Block Pricing

How does your hourly pricing model work?

We’ve designed our pricing to be flexible and straightforward, so you can pick what fits your needs—whether it’s a quick project or a long-term partnership. Here’s the breakdown:

  • 24-Hour Block: $3,000 ($125/hour)
    Perfect for small projects or those one-off tasks that need a fast turnaround. Think of it as our “let’s get it done” option!
  • 48-Hour Block: $5,500 (~$115/hour)
    Great for medium-sized jobs or short, focused efforts. You get more time with us at a slightly better rate—ideal when things start picking up.
  • 96-Hour Block: $10,000 (~$104/hour)
    This is for bigger commitments where you need us in your corner for a solid stretch. More hours, more savings per hour—it’s a win-win.
  • 260-Hour Block: $20,000 (~$77/hour)
    Our “smart buy” tier! This is the go-to for anyone with a quarterly budget over $15K-$20K. It’s like having a full-time team member without the hiring hassle, plus you’re getting our best hourly rate. Serious value for serious projects!

Basically, the more hours you grab upfront, the better the deal gets. It’s all about giving you top-notch support at a price that makes sense—whether you’re testing the waters or diving in deep.

You have 90 days to use the block. Oh, and the first 2 hours are ALWAY FREE!

How does payment work?

We’re all about keeping things simple and flexible, especially since we work on a quarterly basis. You’ve got two options to choose from—whatever vibes best with your cash flow:

  • Option 1: 1/2 Split
    Pay 1/2 upfront to kick things off, then the other 1/2 at the 60-day mark (with 30 days to settle up). It’s a nice, clean split—half now, half later!
  • Option 2: Monthly Breakdown
    Start with 1/3 upfront, then we’ll send monthly invoices for the rest (with 15 days to pay each one). This spreads it out a bit more, keeping things steady month to month.

Both ways work great for our quarterly setup—just pick the one that feels right for you. Need help deciding? Hit us up, we’re happy to chat it through!

What happens if my project needs change mid-quarter?
We get it—plans evolve, and we’re here to roll with it! If your needs shift mid-quarter, we’ll chat with you to adjust the scope or hours as needed.
 
For smaller tweaks, we can usually shuffle things within your existing block. If it’s a bigger pivot, we’ll figure out the best way to scale up (or down) and keep you on track.
 
Just a heads-up: you’ve got 90 days to use your block, so we’ll work with you to make the most of it. Haven’t used all your hours by then? No sweat—we can roll any leftovers into your next quarterly block purchase. Flexibility’s our middle name—just give us a shout so we can make it work for you!
